Your computer broke.
I'll fix it and tell you why.
Software support for Prague's expats and visitors: viruses, slow computers, Windows and Linux, phones, backups and data recovery. Software only, plain English and no judgement for not knowing the jargon. Just a fix you actually understand.
Software problems, sorted.
If it's inside the operating system, I can probably help. If it's a cracked screen or a dead battery, I'll point you to someone who repairs hardware.
Virus & malware removal
Pop-ups, redirects, ransomware scares, a computer that's "just acting weird." Cleaned out, and locked down so it doesn't come back.
Windows repair & reinstall
Won't boot, endless updates, blue screens, or a fresh clean install when it's time to start over. Drivers and updates included.
Linux installs & dual-boot
First install, distro switch, or setting up Linux alongside Windows. Wi-Fi, graphics and printer drivers sorted, not left to guesswork.
Slow computer tune-up
Startup bloat, dying storage, ten years of leftover apps. Often the difference between "buy a new laptop" and "actually, it's fine."
Phone setup & troubleshooting
Android and iOS: new phone setup, account migration, storage clean-up, stubborn app or sync issues.
Backup, so this doesn't happen again
A real backup you understand and trust, whether cloud, local, or both, for your computer and your phone.
Data recovery
Deleted files, a drive that won't mount, a phone that won't turn on. I'll tell you honestly what's recoverable before you pay for the attempt.
Setup & software help
Email, cloud storage, VPN, printers, Office/Microsoft 365, banking apps, whatever you need working before you can get on with your life.
Ongoing support for businesses
Remote and on-site support for small companies and teams: onboarding new laptops, keeping things patched, being the person you call.
I don't just fix it and hand it back. I show you what actually went wrong, in plain English, and what to do differently, so you're not paying someone to solve the same problem again in six months.
However's easiest for you.
You don't need to know what's wrong before you contact me. Just describe the symptoms, and I'll suggest the fastest route.
I come to you
Home or office, anywhere in Prague. I'm based centrally, so most of the city is a short hop. Good for setups, networks, and multiple devices.
You drop it off
Hand it over in central Prague and collect it once it's done, no sitting in a waiting room. Most software jobs are ready same day.
Remote session
Screen-share and I fix it live while you watch, and ask questions. Works for most software issues if the machine still turns on.
Straightforward, per-job pricing.
The Czech crown price is the one that counts. The other tabs show a rough equivalent in your currency, and you can pay in any of them.
* Data recovery success depends on the device, so you'll always know the odds before paying for the attempt.
* Foreign-currency payments carry a conversion fee. See note alongside.
* Prices are final. No VAT is added.
Pay in your own currency
Card or bank transfer works in more than 40 currencies. Cash is fine in crowns, euros, dollars or pounds. For anything else, just ask first.
What foreign currency costs
Card or bank transfer in a currency other than CZK: +2.5%. Cash in a foreign currency: +4% (physical exchange costs more than digital conversion). Paying in Czech crowns is always fee-free.
No fix, no full charge
If I genuinely can't solve it, you're not charged the full job rate, just any diagnostic time already spent, and I'll tell you that upfront too.
Running a small company in Prague?
Ongoing remote or on-site support, new laptop onboarding, keeping things patched and backed up. One English-speaking person who already knows your setup.
Built for people new to the city.
Fluent, plain English
No translation apps, no guessing at technical Czech.
Explained, not just fixed
You'll understand what broke and how to avoid it next time.
Three ways to work
On-site, drop-off, or fully remote. Your call.
Pay in your currency
CZK, EUR, USD, GBP, AUD and many more, by card, transfer or cash.
Upfront pricing
You'll know the cost before I start, not after.
Software only, honestly
Cracked screen? I'll point you to a good hardware shop instead of taking your money.
Before you get in touch.
Do you repair cracked screens or hardware?
No. Reboot Prague is software-only. For screen replacements or other hardware repairs, ask and I'll point you to a good hardware repair shop in Prague.
Can I pay in euros, pounds, or other currencies instead of Czech crowns?
Yes. CZK, EUR, USD, GBP and AUD cover most clients, and well over 40 currencies work in total. Card or bank transfer in a foreign currency carries a 2.5% fee, cash a 4% fee; CZK is always fee-free.
Do you offer remote IT support if I'm not in Prague?
Yes, online sessions work anywhere with an internet connection. On-site visits and drop-off are limited to Prague.
Can you recover deleted files or data from a broken drive?
In many cases, yes. I run a diagnosis first and tell you honestly what's recoverable before you commit to the full data recovery cost.
What happens if the job takes longer than expected?
Fixed prices cover typical cases. If a job turns out more complex once I'm inside it, you get a revised quote before any extra work happens, not a surprise on the final bill.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. If the same issue comes back within 14 days of the fix, it's sorted at no extra charge. If I genuinely can't solve something, you're only charged for diagnostic time already spent, not the full job.
I'm only visiting Prague for a few days. Can you still help?
Yes. Visitors often get in touch about a laptop that won't start, being locked out of an account, or a virus picked up mid-trip. Drop-off and on-site visits both work on short notice, and payment in your home currency is no problem.
Tell me what's wrong.
I'll tell you what it'll take.
A photo of the error, or just a sentence describing what's happening, is usually enough for a first estimate.
